This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which payments made through Amar Sebaghar are refundable or non-refundable.

Refund Terms

1. Consultation Completion

Once a patient completes a consultation with a doctor (via video call, audio call, messaging, or phone), the consultation fee is strictly non-refundable.

2. Service Not Delivered

If the doctor fails to provide the service due to technical issues or other valid reasons, the consultation fee will be refunded within 4–7 working days.

3. Chamber Consultation

If consultation is completed through an Amar Sebaghar registered chamber, the fee is non-refundable.

4. Payment Method

Payments must be made only through Amar Sebaghar’s approved payment gateways or bank accounts.

Payments made through unauthorized methods are not the responsibility of Amar Sebaghar.

5. Unethical Transactions

Any form of unethical or illegal transaction is strictly prohibited.

Amar Sebaghar will not be responsible for such activities.
