You must be a legal citizen of Bangladesh or legally residing in Bangladesh.
You agree not to use the platform for any anti-state, harmful, or illegal activities. You must not engage in actions that harm public interest or offend any individual’s religion, race, or personal matters.
You will be fully responsible for any misuse of the service.
All information provided (name, DOB, gender, etc.) must be accurate. We rely on this information and ensure its protection according to our Privacy Policy.
Amar Sebaghar is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information.
As a technology-based platform, Amar Sebaghar may experience technical limitations or errors. We are not liable for issues arising from unavoidable technical problems.
a) Users may verify provider (chamber) information before taking services. Amar Sebaghar verifies providers, but users may independently verify as well.
We are not liable for issues after user verification.
b) Amar Sebaghar only connects patients with providers and does not directly control healthcare services.
We are not responsible for service-related issues, but support may assist with valid evidence.
c) Services are provided through registered chambers only.
d) Amar Sebaghar is not liable for any physical harm, injury, or life-threatening outcomes resulting from services received.
e) To receive services, users must visit registered chambers.
